only been 2 years with the company. The top management been restructure twice. the management keep will assign you work that not even in your jobscope. staff resign headcount lost.other people have to do the work.

This company is one to steer clear of. They fail to provide bonuses, halt salary increments, and neglect to offer essential training for employees at all levels. The upper management shows no inclination to justify their actions, treating employees as if they are expendable labor. A culture of bullying is prevalent within the organization. The management consists of individuals who do not perform their duties and instead expect their subordinates to complete their projects and tasks. They offer no guidance, only harassment towards the staff. Furthermore, the management hires individuals with questionable academic credentials and fraudulent resumes.
