*Low pay, below industry average *No other rewards and recognition beyond just pay *No work-life balance. Overtime, even on weekends and public holidays without extra pay. So many People eat lunch at their desks working *Poor decision making. Too many approvals needed, too many people involved, slow progress. Very often Direct manager doesn't have a say , someone else "higher" needs to approve * Crazy deadlines and too much pressure everyday

GoodGood environment company that focuses on the bottom line at every turn while at times neglecting employees' needs.

Whole company's staff ages are relatively high when compared with other company. As a result, the company is a little bit dull and unenergetic.
