Management is at lowest: Aftersales Manager is always unclear and misleads at information Has a huge language barrier (english) The whole aftersales team is clueless about certain process and flow of work Only monthly target is focused but not how to get it in the right way Most of the works done are not complied with any process which represents the brand/principal Above all the aftersales manager has no leadership skills. No wonder employees are always leaving
