Unable to bring revenue yet get promoted by the mgmt because she had tried her best affort. Cut other HOD and staff performance bonus to give her and the entire revenue team. The revenue team has the most GM inside but 0 revenue. Excellent mgmt.

There are too many cons to the point that I can't answer this question.
1) The Sales & Events role promises commission for every team project and closed sales. Part of the sales team job. 2) I, for 1, never receive a commission. I tried to fight, but I'm just a minor. 3) I stepped up just to be scammed by a company that takes employee feedback but does nothing about it. You need to find supportive and leader-minded superiors who will fight for what's right for their team. Unfortunately, I did not get that. There is bias. Im malay.
