management is gossipy in all the districts

located in remote area, scared and scary senior management, lethargic middle management (oberservation over 8 years). The reason why I left was, that I had a more interesting offer.

No work life balance No diversity No proper training

KPIs can be tough Need to be good at deescalating angry customers especially at Christmas or with refund requests Not a lot of cons, really enjoyed working for this company and only left as moved to an state without a Swarovski nearby or I would have liked to continue

Too low salary level in comparison to other companies which pay for such role 2-3k gross more Small % of a yearly salary raise Yearly bonus at a bit pathetic level which is no more than 3.5% of yearly revenue

The management didn't set clear direction and goals.

Management issues and a lot training

Terrible management and higher levels… so many complaints from various workers about both managers and nothing ever done

Should pay all management the same when entering the business

Not any cons really good place to work
