Senior manager it
Great benefits Used to have really good people Truly global company
leadership has become increasingly hq centric with only the buddies of the ceo getting any interesting opportunities. Lots of talent leaving.
Anonymous employee
Lots of people joining from different backgrounds - good for learning internal movement good
pay less than industry lots of churn
Customer support engineer
This company is fast paced You will need to do more (outside of your jobscope) for visibility to boost up your career growth
Depending on the managers, it is best to stay on their good side to avoid being marked as "difficult to work with"
Developer
- snacks at pantry - MC can be used when taking care sick dependents - 7.5 hrs working and can work from home - A lot of internal staff activities that we can participate
-No career growth , one employee can stay at the same level for quite a long time until they become bored -There is a policy that at least 1 of the team being marked as RED and he/she will denied for any bonus/increment - Increment is quite sad -too many reorgs making the working environment more haywire - high turnover rate usually resulted from being marked as RED
Principal security management specialist
Good work/life balance, no crunch time on projects because they go on forever. Excellent health care.
Old ideas, old technology, senior management very set in its ways. The company prefers complicated processes rather than quick outcomes
Executive
Five stars for: 1. Good working experience; 2. Respectable starting salary; 3. Good boss; 4. Nice office; 5. Good coworkers.
Problems commonly associated with Malaysian companies.
One can learn a lot about the payment industry
Poor people management, no clear performance and rewards metrics, no career path planing - very outdated (or even absent) HR and people management practices. Low salaries in comparison to the global payment industry
Associate test engineer
Very competitive benefits as well as opportunities for lateral movement
Chances for growth rather limited, competitive benefits used to offset less than competitive salary
nice office good medical package
low pay high stress politics everywhere
Chapter lead
-Good work/life balance -Campus is amazing
-Average pay -Extremely political company -Agile structure with nothing that's actually Agile
