Manager
Good tools, amazing office environment, great work/life balance as people does not really care about timelines as all work and projects are internal stakeholders.
The company has too much legacy brought to the newly setup office in Malaysia. They tend to park expats from HQ on key positions locally where they are not fit to do so or with zero experience. The management team are lack of management skill set as they either put someone from home or hiring blindly locally. The turnover in the entire KL office is at least 40% annually and that shows major issue in the management team. Managers are more interested to look good rather than fixing real problems. Also a note to HR, sending your managers for constant management training does not make them any better. Spend more time recruiting the right leaders or at least with valid experience towards the job.
Senior test engineer
I don't find any thing good in this company .Only you will get free snacks and work from home option.nothing else
I advise to people not to join this company.very less salary.more work pressure.Totally useless company
Software developer
Reasonable salary. A lot of very interesting people to learn from in the office.
Aging technology. Middle management can be incompetent.
Anonymous employee
Benefits are great in terms of vacation, insurance
Absolutely no room to progress unless you completely move teams. Management is very overburdening and most things takes months/years to finish because of all the controls. Basically have to be a politician to move up.
