Network engineer
- there was table tennis table and free soda - you'll learn to go with gut feeling for next job interview
-low salary - actual job will have nothing to do with network engineer and will be application support - mid level managers are hired at zero management experience so you can imagine the quality, really bad experience with middle management as they were operating as a click and tried keep you down and unambitious. - there will be clicks, everyone inside click pretends to like each other, so if you are a more real personality then you'll hate it - out of all previous jobs this was the worst experience
Software qa engineer
Opportunity to learn new technology. Mix of people from different culture working together.
Slow increment. No adjustments compared to market.
Recruiter
Good managment, ok pay and good hours
Company policy, sometimes it hard to know what to do.
Systems engineer
Work life balance with flexible working hour and choice to work from home 3 days a week
Uncertain leadership and company directions. Lack career growth opportunity at KL Malaysia as compared to our Europe counterpart, which translate to low increment and salary growth. Mandatory to work at office at least 2 days a week. Management have the preference to hire externally rather than promoting internally. Internal talent have stagnant growth opportunities except a few that are beyond exceptional.
