It chapter lead
- Package and benefits is interesting. Working in HQ is an asset in itself (amazing facilities) - Niche market in the financial industry which opens up to an interesting job which involves working with international high value payments and its ecosystem - Technology used is usually modern and interesting - Turnover is limited, which has the advantage of having experienced colleagues who know what they are doing. Plus, they are usually experienced and very nice. :) - International company putting a lot of energy in inclusion and employee's wellbeing
- Company policies and way of working is super rigid, creating a lot f frustrations for people who are used to deliver software quickly - Small teams can be Agile, but the company is not. The company did a complete Agile transformation and turned their back on it. Current mindset from higher management is zero trust on delivery teams. This results in the enforcement of waterfall-like flows including bureaucratic mandatory paperwork, review boards and overly complex processes.
Techincial support
Fantastic company with perks and benefit, job is always exciting as getting in touch people all over the world
Horrible and ill-equipped managers as L2 and L3
Global security
Colleagues are competent and capable.
The Performance Review process uses a forced distribution and if you're doing okay, you may still end up looking like you didn't perform well. Worse yet, leadership insists they don't use a forced distribution. The US employees often feel disposable. Morale is very bad. (This is over multiple years, with lots of talk and no action) Leaders keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
Anonymous employee
Great place to work with at start Good benefits Work from home Flexi hour
- Politics makes you lose your passion at work. Manager that only talk without action and produce mediocre quality work. Manager that has high ego and refuse to listen. And manager like this becomes favorite of upper management. - Work life balance really depends on the department. - not much appreciation from upper management - upper management are not approachable
Learning opportunities and good compensation
Workload and too much statistics on the number of tickets
Program manager
Great work life balance Great learning and development opportunities
Can be a bit too slow at times
