Politics and slow movement A lot of re organisations constantly which can be unnerving

Submarket pay scale, no career advancement/promotion, discriminatory performance review process, favoritism toward white European men, TERRIBLE raise and bonus program, unnecessarily forcing employees back to the office.

Wish they would consider allowing certain functions to work from home, verses mandating 2 days a week in the office. Many groups are global teams, which requires early meetings and it was very nice having the flexibility during Covid to WFH 100% and manage around these early meetings which allowed more productivity.

Slow organisation, not the most dynamic

The expectation on local (East Asia) level is much much higher than what the organization overall is willing to provide. Constant effort to expectation manage, meet customers half-way and make it work

It really depends on your manager

No real management structure People fight in the office Hire anyone No consideration Lack of communication No real growth opportunities just progressing through extra tasks being give.

there is nothing to tell about them

No challenge, people in safe jobs, no room for growth

- Lower pay based on the area - Middle management receive most of the bonuses/salary allocation while lower positions have limited ability to move upwards in the company
