Management is very politically inclined even though they say they are not. We have a great opportunity for real change in this company; sadly we are not taking full advantage of it or going about it the right way

Over staffed in certain areas Lack of clarity around roles and responsibilities Pace is very slow

Slow in progress, European style because management level consists of mainly European

repetitive tasks time to time

Salary is terrible No Compensation Very low bonus Management is the worse you can imagine in giving you opportunities Promotions can wait up to 10 years
