the management should be improvised
Friendly working environment with good colleagues
Salary is not satisfied
truly global, multicultural company - strong franchise; SWIFT business card opens doors few people ever walk through. High salaries, travel opportunities.
cooperative status and its board make it very conservative, even outside the core messaging business, where failure can indeed not be an option. Office politics, bureaucracy, underestimated ignorance prevent success of all new products bar a few, since many years.
Product support manager
Exposure to entire financial messaging concepts
Becoming too much commercial company
Associate manager
Swift is a Society for the Banks. If you are looking for steadiness in your career and good growth opportunities, then Swift is the place to be. Great Benefits package. You start with 4 weeks of vacation, good medical/dental benefits, a pension plan and an excellent 401k package.
A large number of senior candidates thus making growth at higher levels too stunted. However, a great company to work for if you are in the long haul.
pay, benefits, co-workers, technical opportunities
management's hidden agenda and authoritarian style of complete obedience and submission irregardless of an individual's skill set or interest causes high stress; little respect between colleagues in different countries; no job security anymore
Systems engineer
Great pay and health benefits.
Work Work Work, No job security
Lead analyst
Good benefits, flexible working hours
After Lean very poor employee morale. Too many managers very few workers Poor performance appraisal system, no way for employees to rate managers, results in very average managers
Associate customer service engineer
Excellent benefits, great co-workers, and good working environment
Working constraints (KPI's), LEAN, - company restructuring - no stability for employment. Not up to date technology wise
