Pros

Green environment, good colleagues, good employee's benefit, sufficient of training programme for staffs

Cons

political, lack of directions, always hire somebody from outside with no experience to lead the team and most of the time make it worst, for Taylor's itself has so much internal "unwritten" rules and regulations. The connection is about everything. Lack of leadership from top management, only squeeze us out instead of lead us to an effective direction. No appreciation shown from the top management for any hardwork. Ridiculous top-down management culture. No career progress for staff, very slow career path, very low salary.

Pros

I joined as a full Professor. I enjoyed my time there. People are nice and decent. Kinda miss the place sometimes.

Cons

It got tough when the business had some problems with recruitment. Top management had to rationalize so certain tough decisions were made like VSS and quite a number of staff left.
