Company is very good for all the criteriya

Too much staff activities and internal procedures

- Requires workers to integrate into the Team's culture (Not necessarily a disadvantage, however, because the manager here emphasizes building a team like a family, promoting close relationships and attachment between everyone in the Team at intimate relationship level. At the same time, participation in the company's extracurricular activities is also emphasized here. For some people, the above requirements may not be suitable) - They mainly employ people who have Law background. Still, because the jobs revolve around Business Licensing and TMF is not a law firm. Therefore, the jobs are not focus exclusively on legal advisory and you might not be allowed to give legal advices. If you intend to become a lawyer or do legal consulting activities, working here long term may limit your opportunities if you want to switch to law firms.

Nobody works in the company, everyone takes numerous leaves, so the work is never done on time

The company is quite tight when it comes to annual bonus and a majority of people do not receive these

Awful working environment, it's normal to be rude to people, dismiss their opinion and pressure others into doing something just because management said so. No one ever tries to bring at least some sort of 'vision' or 'goals', it's all decided between several people and then cascaded down as orders. Work life balance is non existent. And there even were no performance reviews or goal setting on a per employee basis (at least in my team) - simply because no one cares about this, they just want you to follow their orders and your personal progression is not in anyone's interest.

No career opportunities. Flat company.

Maybe cuz I'm intern so my assigned jobs are quite repetitive

1. Very low compensation. My colleague was working there for 3 years on the same salary. 2. Bad leadership and recruitment due to which employee turnover is very high 3. No or limited growth.

Average pay might be less than at big4s but considering the lower working hours it is fair

The group grew so fast that there was no time to focus on certain core corporate fundamentals. The focus now is on these areas that require improvement and everybody is active on doing so.

There may be times you have to push through earning less than you deserve, given the additional value-add to the company. I always just remind myself that it’s temporary and that I have chosen to give more of myself to be able to progress in my career.

Constant change in management and organisation structure is hard to keep up! But understand that's the nature of the company going through improvements.

Need to standardized some operating practices.

Poor management—Since the beginning of 2024, Dubai management has centralized the idea of achieving profits by terminating employees and deducting their compensation and benefits. 2. poor HR members (they see wrong decisions but take no action) 3. No consideration of the employees' opinion about their managers; 90% of the team complaining of a manager is not enough to change him/her (their managers are gods)
