flexible salary component gives good tax saving
not a good company to join. Dirty politics and people are laid off randomly at all levels irrespective of performance, salary, job requirement. Its totally ad hoc .

Leaders more engaging with all Job band employees. Positive attitude towards achievements and give motivation. Sharing of TMF insights, plans ahead for employees and revenue growth. Frequent engagement activity, lots of training to improve soft skills of leaders and employees, one to one session with reporting managers. Preparation of different floors for service team and support team. Quarterly townhalls to share on the current status of revenue growth & other related topics by Leaders. Appreciating session of new promotees.
Can reward and bonus for more employees by cash. Limitation of meeting rooms, workspace & monitors. A lot of duplicate meetings at times. New system training which consumes time to do operational task which is end of the day is the KPI. Short of headcounts in some of the countries & team. Delay in hiring due to inefficient TA team. Imbalance task allocation in some teams. Delay in claims from HR on health metrix. Limitation of technology & support team to improve process.Lack of IT support.
