The office environment can be better

No salary raises, rotten management, no career development. You get stuck in the same position for years, with a very low salary, yet the managers get higher job bands and salary increases easily. They just exploit young and naive people.

No flexibility No work life balance

No transparency. No trainings and constant micro-managing. Toxic workplace, gossip, back-stabbing, terrible management.

- Management do not know how operation function and only care about final result - Increment percentage is terrible (Sweet talk rather than real action) - Work life not balance

Since it is a service industry, working hours are long and hectic.

We are going through a period of evolutionary change with investments into our service offering, an increased focus on cross-country collaboration and client engagement. Whilst this is an exciting period of change it is also a fairly demanding one.

Not good work environment and lot of politics

The actual work done in the company is not highly technical

The workload is sometimes horrible. Somedays I feel like a big4 worker bc I came home and continue working until night.

Poor salary. Career progression is slow, management like to believe that they provide opportunities for growth and try to avoid hiring externally however, this quite rarely ever happens and if it does it happens to people who should've been promoted much earlier.

Ppl are lack of experience from oversea helpdesk. You need to clean their mess. No proper promotion and only promote when ppl left. The best senior did not get promotion but trash staff got promoted because manager left. Lying mgt culture to get best place to work certificate Low salary below market If mgt did not keep that knowledgeable tax team guy, TMF AUS will be screwed. He is the only responsible person and I know he is unhappy as well.
