I didn't have any interaction with the team as I was arranged to sit far away from them. The manager was not willing to teach or train new staff, so it was a hard time for a fresh graduate.

Not sure about headcount to be considered as a official employee

Leadership at the top and trickling down lack direction, leadership, or know how to motivate employees. Management was hostile at times and they required work that a recruiter shouln't be tasked with. It only took time away from actually recruiting.
