low salary. middle manager focuses only on short term chargibility. lack of growth opportunity. there is no formal trianing to guide you through, hard to find the policy. unorganized project. management gives a lot of pressure on deadline and chargibility, you rarely feel that they really want to support the employees from a long run. lots of young talents leaving. short-sighted as a firm.

Compensation package is not so strong, the sr leadership can not connect to the employees’ reality - they try to focus on people, but it not reflect for the real issues

High staff turnover exists for a reason. Management can become very disrespectful and unprofessional when it suits them. Sometimes this bordered on bullying. Salaries are poor. Compensation and bonuses poorly structured and disincentivising. Questionable management decisions. Some colleagues are rewarded with promotions because of high staff turnover. Some are simply not up to the job. Far too much emphasis on office politics than working as a team to get tasks done. Scapegoating is a real issue for some management.

I feel like I'd perform better if I was given a complete step by step training or guide. At the moment, I feel like I am walking in the dark with a help of candle. Afraid to take a next step as I might fall.

As with any outsourcing company, the workload is high and you need to have a specific mindset to excel. Managing several clients is beneficial for learning, but forces your mind to be vigilant of many obligations a at the same time. Who fits well with these skills will progress at an appropriate pace. Who doesn’t, might stay ages in the same role.

No worklife balance. Staff are forced to work continuously to meet the targets of billable hours daily. They publish the weekly performance of the employees to show who is not making the stipulated billable hours per client . Slavery in another form.

No work/life balance. No established process, little on-boarding training. Basically, you are flying solo here and if your job can be done in a country that's cheaper, then better have that CV updated.
