Sometimes intense, sometimes extra hours, a little boring

TMF has gone through a lot of changes over the last years and has made it feel a little chaotic at times.

Can be long hours, lack of communication between different departments

The base salary is a bit low

Bonus is a myth as it's linked to group performance.

Managerial level lack leading skill, don't really know how to mentor/guide subordinates, but can do their own operations job well

A very fast work environment.

Compensation structure and incentives to be improved. Too much internal procedures and compliance requirement.

Senior Leadership is inconsistent and does not always follow what its sayds

None, absolutely no cons from one years of experience with different companies this is one of the best.

understaffed, seniors and managers are not very helpful. shove work at you with minimal supervision and expect perfect results. Mistakes and errors were pointed out with no empathy thus demotivating staffs.

Big multinational, slow promotion, restructuring

Slow on career growth and increment.

Management need to improve have a lot micro management will cause you confusing the task required.

The priority among many employees seems to be getting their own job done first and putting inquiries/requests from coworkers on the back burner. So it's easy to have your work blocked by someone who won't respond.

Not any cons as much as I worked there

-Processes can be managed better and can be faster

The Location might be a problem depending on means of transportation you use

- Very generic type of work. - Underwhelming type of work for those requiring an intellectually stimulating job. - Extremely corporate in nature with not enough support from HR department. - Lack of experience in the HR department. - Workload is too high with unachievable KPI's. - Work/Life balance is not always possible. - International team leaders can be too demanding and have greater power over local management. - Growth is a matter of a title change and not an actual feeling that is material in nature. - To be promoted, one has to perform beyond excellence making it almost unachievable.

No career path, salaries below market, your experience and growth will depend on your manager and department, HR does not exist, seems like it is only recruiting and managing pay and benefits,

You need to become multitasking because there are a lot of work to do but its good for exposure

Other employers not familiar with the company, hence may lead to problems at job search.

- HR , instead of keep the good staff and pay competitive wages, they choose to hire new employees and let old staff go, the employees turn over is massive high - long working hours ( just like you sold your soul to TMF) ++++No overtime payment
