The company need to improve more on acknowledging employees effort for all levels in giving promotion and bonus

From time to time, overtime work is nessesary.

mostly remote so hard to bond with people in the office

A few events, no salary increase

but lack of mentor project is a bit hard at the beginning

salary may not be that good for all the work loads

Low increment, hard to achieve kpi, no bonus after 3 years, micro management, no life balance.

Work has been much streamlined and you become pretty replaceable.

Sometimes too many events / activities that are not efficient for productivity
