Low basic pay not equal with the tonnes of tasks

No real advice here, I enjoy it

it's an old-fashioned company where each person must represent a financial added value without any space for empathy. This leads to a high work loads impacting the work life balance with a consequence of lots of burnout, which seems to be normal in the company's culture. When applying the group strategy, there is a lack of consideration of the different countries needs and specificities

not much progression in and favoritism in play.

Salary is less comparitive to market

there's nothing really bad about this company

I didn't find anything there

- No work life balance… can WFH but Heavy workload, need to work past 8pm almost daily, worse if near to/during tax period - Steep learning curve - Not much increment, despite the amount of time (OT) and effort invested

The salary payment is on the low side

You can notice preferences on certain workers

Bonus and increment is not as good compare with other MNC

Extremely poor management, incompetent managers with zero communication skills, very rude managers who expect you to read their minds. Zero training provided and no teamwork. No structure in place.

Worst personnel policies, work is not well paid

Unfair and abuse management at all levels. Proven cases of bullying.

They pay less than average

Bonus pool should be increased to lower level position as well

low level management, a lot of overtime, low paying job, low retention rate

Bad remuneration package and the lower level staffs are unlikely to enjoy bonuses

No interest on people, only on financials

the salary is too low

1. Staff’s turnover rate high 2. No room for promotion and growth. Only get to promotion when you’re good relationship with HOD. 3. No bonus. Even got bonus only for higher level management. 4. Cutting down staff’s benefits 5. Increment is little. But workload is voluminous. 6. No respond from manager when you highlighted hundred times of changing portfolios.

Busy season can be a little hectic and progressing up can be a little slow.

Working below the minimal wage

nothing in specific but needs to be mroe competitive given the current ,arket scenario

Unclear performance criteria and pay reviews

Desorganisation, bad management and chaos

Lots of work and handled clients with very minimal salary, bonus are just for the higher management, lots of micro management from supervisor to assistant manager to director.

Not many career progression opportunities

Busy period can be challenging and as a professional we have to deal with it,

VERY poor management Underpaid you only get the salary .. don't expect anything other than that

Too much office politics, and senior management bring in and promote people they know.
