Frequent change of top management. Have to stay on top of continuously changing expectations. Can become redundant or forced out of the team at any time. Never seen so many people "disappear" overnight. Hierarchy over common sense. IT professional opinion falls behind business stakeholders influence.

The nerves before the interview

Bureaucratism, constantly updating working systems and using new applications, intensive goal-oriented approach can cause burn-out

Sales team brining in business that is a decline. Sales team setting up meetings with incorrect brokers. Sales team would sit on new opportunities for a week then pass over marked “urgent”. The management were the rudest I have ever encountered in almost 20 years. Being told to just “get on with it” and to “move on” constantly. They had renewals not showing up on renewal listings. They had wordings that were incorrect as would list numbering twice.

Need to increase the benefit

- There is a certain roof that you get super fast, once you are there is hard to surpass it as there is not much opportunities to grow - The salary could be better

The culture I found to be toxic and particularly excluding. Locally, management seem to be confusing culture with D&I, and when I raised concerns about the culture, my issues would be dismissed and then I would find myself excluded. From systems, to processes to people, they are set in their ways and unsupportive to anyone who questions anything about their ways.
