Flat structure difficult to progress to a more senior level Company culture is not focused on staff well-being

It was a very cliquey environment and it was always who you know not what you know. Managers would find loop holes to wriggle out of situations and the role was vastly under paid. Management made it near impossible to raise any kind of grievance and did not support you if you had an issue.

It is a great place nothing much it is fantastic working there.

There's just not enough headcount. For an MNC to not have enough budget to increase the headcount for a team to manage the Brand of the company? - I think that's just nonsense. You will be overworked. Imagine, just having only 2 designers to cater for the whole company which includes making videos, designing brochures, banners and other peripherals.

Different cultures in different teams

Some departments are better than others. Senior management seen to have favourites. It's a very heirarchical culture.

Poor manager management skills ,

Micro-management, ageism, women do not promote women, people put in management positions purely based on seniority rather than capability. lot of talk about work/life balance but long hours required to meet deadlines. management take advantage of experienced staff, but promote those fresh out of university. Bonus pool system is not fair. managers do not mentor or show interest in staff career progression, just load more work on. opportunities only given when it benefits the company, not the individual employee’s goals.

No proper training given for new sterters

- Frequent restructures (followed by redundancies) - Many ego driven managers (male and female) - Can feel soulless and rigid at times - Not much room to grow if you're a PA

Challenging and high volume workload

They do not give you free health insurance

Trained to take multiple types of claims so you never really know what kind of call to expect like: general liability, auto, workers compensation claim, etc.

Pay is lower than elsewhere

Conservative approach which lacks dynamism.

For the moment, there are no cons that I can mention.

Not that i can think of

The company takes on huge amounts of work, over-promising to clients. Devs are never given time to work on technical debt. Their skill levels are very underdeveloped. There is a "Dead Sea Effect" in the company - mostly new people or very senior (to the company) employees are present, nobody in between. The seniors are very not-caught-up with technology. Questionable technological choices pop up all the time, with people not understanding basic workflows and engineering practices Every change is gated behind complicated approval processes and repetitive meetings. Half of the planned sprint work does not get done due to ad-hoc requests by managers who push the team into overtime. The Ljubljana offices are the worst office space I've ever seen. Due to working with antiquated and very company-specific processes, working here for too long leads to career stagnation.

Does not innovate much, industry is more conservative

Small team International language barrier

Lack of career plans and perspectives

small offices, we find it hard to booking room meeting

Entry pay is not that competitive.

No downsides, everything is good.

No separation of woking and not working hours. "Home Office" is just an excuse to ask you to work any time during the evening.

This will depend on your team

Pay could be better which is why I left.
