The Accounts Payable Specialist (Japanese Speaker) is responsible for managing financial services within a multinational company. This role is integral to the Global Business Service team, focusing on Accounts Payable and enhancing customer service culture.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring efficient management of accounts payable and related services. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve queries and maintain effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Resolve customer queries related to financial services.
- Assist in internal communications to streamline workflows.
- Manage vendor master data and ensure accuracy.
- Support accounts receivable functions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a positive customer service culture within the team.
Job Requirements
A Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company preferred.
Experience in Shared Services or related environments.
Business Level fluency (oral and written) in the Japanese language is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience using SAP is desired.
