Role Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) is responsible for managing Accounts Payable functions to support the Vietnam market. This role plays a crucial part in the finance team of a biopharmaceutical company, ensuring compliance and promoting process improvements across multiple systems and organizations.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities related to procurement, invoice processing, and employee expense management within the Asia Pacific region. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for procurement inquiries.
- Process invoices accurately and timely.
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Utilize Case/Ticket Management Software to track issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Experience with Case/Ticket Management Software, specifically BMC Remedy.
Familiarity with SAP is desired.
Experience in a multi-market service organization.
