Job Description

In this role, you will manage various aspects of employee transitions, including onboarding, contract administration, and exit management. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes data accuracy and compliance while supporting continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expatriate employment processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Administer contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle exit management processes to ensure compliance and a positive experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS platforms and maintain employment data governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, employee data management, or HRIS administration.

Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP.

In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements.

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
