
The Analyst, Employee Transitions & Compliance is responsible for managing expatriate employment processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the employee experience and improving service delivery efficiency within the organization.
In this role, you will manage various aspects of employee transitions, including onboarding, contract administration, and exit management. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes data accuracy and compliance while supporting continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, employee data management, or HRIS administration.
Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP.
In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
