The Analyst, Employee Transitions & Compliance is responsible for managing expatriate employment processes, onboarding activities, contract administration, and exit management. The role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a smooth employee experience while supporting continuous improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations, employee data management, or HRIS administration.
Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP and employment data governance.
In-depth knowledge of employment regulations, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of integrity and accountability in managing sensitive HR data.
