
The Application Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaker is responsible for providing technical support for Tencent Cloud products. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, handling incoming support tickets through various channels. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
Basic technical support skills for cloud products such as CVM, COS, VPC, and CLB.
Customer service orientation to maintain high satisfaction.
Ability to document cases and contribute to knowledge bases.
Ability to escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams.
