The Application Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaker serves as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products. This role involves handling incoming support tickets via phone, live chat, and ticketing systems, troubleshooting issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, and escalating unresolved cases to second-line teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely responses. Documentation of cases and contributing to the internal knowledge base is also part of the role.
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
Basic technical support skills for cloud products such as CVM, COS, VPC, and CLB.
Customer service orientation to maintain high satisfaction.
Ability to document cases and contribute to knowledge bases.
Ability to escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams.
Skills to handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticketing systems.
