Job Description
As an Assistant Baker, you will be responsible for baking products according to established guidelines and recipes. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare pastries and baked goods for distribution, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Participation in menu development and inventory management is also required, along with maintaining hygiene and sanitary standards in the kitchen. Flexibility to assist with ad hoc projects and working extra hours when necessary is expected.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Baking/Culinary.
Relevant experience of 1-3 years in the baking field is required.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Willing to work extra hours, during public holidays or odd hours as needed.
High integrity and responsibility.
