Job Description
As an Assistant Baker, you will engage in daily baking activities, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. You will also participate in menu development and inventory management, contributing to a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake products according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare pastries and baked goods.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in all baked items.
- Participate in menu development and suggest new recipes.
- Manage inventory and assist in stock control.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitary standards in the kitchen.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and work extra hours as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Baking/Culinary.
Relevant experience of 1-3 years in the baking field is required.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
Computer literate in MS Office.
High integrity and responsibility.
