As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will execute HR business partnering and talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, consulting with line managers on staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will also maintain accurate records of employment movements and assist in exit interviews, while participating in ad hoc projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
