
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office functions and supervising staff. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient guest services and maximizing the department's financial performance.
In this role, you will assist in managing daily front office operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests. You will work closely with various teams to maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in guest services or a related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality with no work experience required.
Ability to lead and influence others with integrity.
Experience in managing front office operations.
Strong skills in handling complaints and resolving disputes.
Proficiency in customer service and coaching employees.
