
The Assistant Manager, HR Partner will collaborate with business leaders to enhance team performance and implement HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing HR challenges and driving effective solutions.
As a HR Partner, you will support the delivery of business-focused people strategies by partnering closely with leaders and working alongside a Senior HR Partner. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable HR initiatives that improve team effectiveness, capability, and performance. This role goes beyond coordination and administration, requiring you to actively diagnose people challenges and contribute to solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
4–7 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR Business Partnering or generalist roles
Good understanding of core HR practices (performance, talent, ER, recruitment)
Ability to engage stakeholders and build working relationships
Strong execution capability with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
