
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will lead a team, address guest concerns, and ensure service quality while developing management skills and fostering guest relationships.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will attend to guests' needs and complaints promptly and professionally, leading by example. Your role includes supervising food and beverage service, resolving service failures, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs. You will also participate in stock taking and recommend improvements to management. This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with guests while executing various management duties assigned by the management team.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong initiative and leadership skills.
