The Associate Business Support Specialist (Korean Bilingual) role within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization focuses on supporting the Source to Settle (STS) processes related to vendor data setup, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, and settlements. This position is responsible for handling STS-related customer queries, managing cases primarily via phone, and delivering these services while adhering to compliance requirements and service level agreements. The role is part of a global team that operates using a "Follow the Sun Model" to ensure efficient and consistent support across multiple business services centers.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.
Business-level fluency (oral and written) in English is a must.
Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) for effective customer interaction is required.
Understanding of STS and surrounding processes is preferred.
Strong diligence, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
