
The Associate Business Support Specialist (Korean Bilingual) is responsible for supporting the Source to Settle (STS) processes within the Global Business Solutions organization. This role involves managing customer queries and ensuring compliance while working as part of a global team that provides consistent support across various business service centers.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve vendor data setup, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, and settlements. You will primarily manage customer queries via phone, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.
Business-level fluency in English is a must.
Fluency in Korean for effective customer interaction is required.
Understanding of STS and surrounding processes is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
