The Associate, Marketing Admin provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and assists with marketing initiatives across the department. This role involves managing the CMO's calendar, preparing meeting materials, handling confidential information, coordinating communications, and supporting office operations, as well as assisting the Brand & Communications team in the execution of branding and communication initiatives and maintaining brand assets and documentation.
Preferably tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Science or Marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing priorities and workload.
Initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
