Job Description
As a Barista at Beyond Coffee, you will engage with customers, provide menu recommendations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality beverages, particularly coffee. You will also handle customer complaints positively and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve high-quality beverages and products.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
- Make menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Outgoing personality with good customer service skills.
Coffee lover with a strong passion for brewing and beverages.
Friendly, positive attitude, self-disciplined, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
