Role Summary
This role is for a Barista at Beyond Coffee in Bandar Sunway. The position focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and creating a positive customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Job Description
The role involves creating a world-class experience for customers by providing prompt service and menu recommendations. The person is responsible for delivering high-quality beverages and products, particularly coffee, handling complaints with a positive attitude, adhering strictly to safety and sanitation regulations, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
Coffee lover with strong passion in brewing, coffee and beverages (Trainings will be provided with certifications!).
Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn.
Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Good punctuality and attendance.
