The Barista - Flock is responsible for completing opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. This role involves taking and processing customer orders using the MICROS system, preparing food and coffee beverages, maintaining work areas, and adhering to company safety and security policies. The position requires strong guest service skills, teamwork, and maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time during shifts.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Ability to perform fine motor tasks requiring hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work in narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, including stairs and service ramps.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
Willingness to follow all company safety, security policies, and training requirements.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team.
Capable of reading and visually verifying information in various formats.
