Job Description
As a Barista at Flock, you will engage with customers, take orders, and prepare a variety of food and coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools.
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Secure the premises at the end of shifts.
- Take and process customer orders using the MICROS system.
- Prepare food and coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Adhere to company safety and security policies.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No related work experience required.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
Willingness to follow all company safety and security policies.
