The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages following standard procedures while providing customer service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The role includes handling orders, assisting with stock and daily duties, and supporting the team during busy periods. The Barista is expected to adhere to safety and food handling standards and represent the brand positively.

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving all Chuchat beverages according to standard operating procedures. The role involves providing warm, friendly, and professional customer service, accurately processing orders using the POS system, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and outlet at all times. The Barista ensures proper handling and storage of ingredients, refills stock, assists with opening and closing duties, and follows strict Halal, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. This role also includes supporting the team during peak hours and upholding Chuchat's brand image through a positive attitude and neat grooming.
