The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving all Chuchat beverages according to standard operating procedures. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

As a Barista, you will engage with customers, take orders, and prepare beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation and the outlet, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Chuchat beverages according to standard operating procedures.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Accurately process orders using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and outlet at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Refill stock and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support the team during peak hours and uphold Chuchat's brand image.
