
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic business plans. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the café and catering channel while maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
In this role, you will engage in daily activities focused on identifying new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with marketing, trade, and culinary teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of working experience in Food Service, HORECA, or B2B Sales.
Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement and Customer Relationship Management.
Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Statistical Reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
