Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily activities focused on identifying new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with marketing, trade, and culinary teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the café and catering channel.
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to create promotional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide customer and market feedback for new product development.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

2–3 years of working experience in Food Service, HORECA, or B2B Sales.

Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement and Customer Relationship Management.

Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Statistical Reporting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
