Responsibilities include handling booth opening and closing, managing daily workflow, customer service by greeting and taking accurate beverage orders, drink preparation from a limited menu, cash handling using a POS system, maintaining cleanliness, and proper equipment care.
Previous experience in a café, kiosk, or food service environment, especially in simple drink preparation, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to accurately handle cash, card payments, and operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices for handling beverages.
Absolute commitment to being on time for all shifts during the event dates December 1 to 4.
Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent service during busy periods.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing all stall operations without constant supervision.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a dynamic, event-based environment.
Clear and effective communication skills for taking orders and interacting with customers and event organizers.
