The role involves managing stall operations during an event from December 1st to 4th, between 8am and 5pm. Responsibilities include handling booth opening and closing, managing daily workflow, customer service by greeting and taking accurate beverage orders, drink preparation from a limited menu, cash handling using a POS system, maintaining cleanliness, and proper equipment care.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a café, kiosk, or food service environment, especially in simple drink preparation, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to accurately handle cash, card payments, and operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices for handling beverages.
Absolute commitment to being on time for all shifts during the event dates December 1 to 4.
Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent service during busy periods.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing all stall operations without constant supervision.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a dynamic, event-based environment.
Clear and effective communication skills for taking orders and interacting with customers and event organizers.
