High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to prepare drinks according to recipes.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of the bar and related tools.
Competence in handling different payment methods and completing cashier reports.
Ability to secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working on feet for extended periods.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Willingness to follow company safety, security policies, and complete required trainings.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Ability to read and verify information visually in various formats.
Ability to perform job duties involving bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
No supervisory experience required.
