Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or related roles (construction or engineering industry is an advantage).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of tender processes and client engagement requirements.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
