Job Description
The Site Engineer will engage in daily site operations, collaborating with various stakeholders to address technical issues and monitor construction activities. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that all work aligns with project specifications and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily site operations to meet project schedules.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with design and safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports on site progress and issues.
- Support project planning and execution activities.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Less than 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in slope stabilization, earthworks, or geotechnical-related works is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of civil and structural drawings and on-site coordination.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to travel or be stationed at site.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
