
The Account Executive is responsible for managing a full set of accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective cash flow management within the organization.
In this position, the Account Executive will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring that all accounts are accurately maintained and reported. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
