The Account Executive is responsible for managing a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing processes. The role involves preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules accurately and on time. Additionally, the position requires managing invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 62 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including AP, AR, and general ledger.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent).

Good attention to detail, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team with good communication skills.
