
The Account Assistant is responsible for assisting in handling the full set of accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within the organization.
In this position, the Account Assistant will engage in daily accounting tasks, working closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records. The work environment is collaborative, requiring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent).
Good attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
