As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by identifying, developing, and onboarding new business partners. This includes collaborating with hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and various travel service providers to enhance our offerings and drive growth. Your expertise in building relationships and understanding market dynamics will be essential in fostering strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
