As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating relationships with new business partners in the travel industry. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and various travel service providers. You will be tasked with onboarding these partners, ensuring a seamless integration into our offerings. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our network and enhancing our service portfolio, ultimately driving growth and success for the company.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
Proven experience in business development or sales within the travel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM software
