As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals. You will also facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Your role will involve conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing strategic HR support to management. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
