This role is for a Business Development Management Trainee focused on IT and Data Centre sectors. The trainee will be involved in developing and leading business initiatives to meet revenue targets, managing sales pipelines, and fostering long-term client relationships. The position emphasizes the use of data insights, collaboration with internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends, particularly in green IT and sustainable technology practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, IT, or any related field.
Professional certifications in IT infrastructure, sustainability, or sales (e.g., CISSP, PMP, or Green IT certifications) are an advantage.
Fresh graduates with First Class or Upper Second Class degrees.
Experience in IT infrastructure landscape sales, especially within financial institutions and insurance industries, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in Malaysia and/or SEA or similar markets, with experience in complex solution selling, is preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Proactive, independent, willing to learn and highly presentable.
