The Safety and Health Officer is responsible for proposing safe work method statements and obtaining permits to work. The role includes conducting safety training for staff and workers, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and health requirements through periodic checks and audits, and facilitating toolbox meetings, briefings, and training related to environmental, safety, and health matters at the site. The officer also coordinates emergency response activities, reports to the appropriate authorities, ensures compliance with permit to work procedures, and analyzes incidents to provide recommendations for accident prevention.
Possess JKKP Green Book.
Have three years of experience as a Safety and Health Officer (SHO).
