This role involves driving business transformation solutions for clients, creating customer-engaging solutions focused on end-to-end transformation to achieve "Future Ready" operations. The manager collaborates with senior client leaders to develop transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and leverages automation and AI/ML strategies to optimize operations.
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in process transformation and improvement.
Expertise in statistical analysis and tools like Minitab.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience with automation strategies including RPA, AI/ML, and digital workforce enablement.
Skills in developing transformation roadmaps and target operating models.
Capability to analyze and improve business processes using value stream and customer journey maps.
Experience with solutioning, innovation, and driving digital and intelligent operations.
Strong stakeholder management and business outcome delivery skills.
