- Create customer-engaging solutions focused on end-to-end transformation.
- Leverage automation and AI/ML strategies to optimize operations.
- Analyze and improve business processes using value stream and customer journey maps.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful business outcome delivery.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in process transformation and improvement.
Expertise in statistical analysis and tools like Minitab.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience with automation strategies including RPA, AI/ML, and digital workforce enablement.
