Job Description
In this role, the Business Transformation Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to implement process improvements. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on innovation and leveraging advanced methodologies to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process transformation initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive business transformation solutions for clients to achieve 'Future Ready' operations.
- Collaborate with senior client leaders to develop transformation roadmaps.
- Create customer-engaging solutions focused on end-to-end transformation.
- Leverage automation and AI/ML strategies to optimize operations.
- Analyze and improve business processes using value stream and customer journey maps.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful business outcome delivery.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
